Terms of Service
- Checks for the previous month will go out on or before the 10th of every month. Accounts under $50 are held over until that amount has been reached.
- You must be able to refer at least 100 unique visitors per day to your tour page. You can send traffic from as many pages & sites as you'd like, as long as you send a minimum of 100 visitors. This rule exists because partnership accounts are limited.
- Only one account per person, company, or organization please. If you have more than 1 site and want to track signups & renewals on a per site basis, please e-mail us and we'll arrange it. Otherwise you can use as many sites as you'd like with just 1 account.
- We DO NOT allow any kind of spamming, including newsgroups, bulk emailing, chat rooms, etc.. If you spam, you will NOT get paid.
- We're currently not accepting sites hosted on free webspace (AOL, XOOM, GEOCITIES, ETC). The key to a successful partership program is longevity and historically speaking, sites hosted on free webspace don't last long.
- No child Pornography, rape ,beastiality, warez, or password sites. Any sites associated with this type of material will not be paid.
- We reserve the right to terminate your account if it is idle for more than a month. In such cases you will be notified in advance.
- We reserve the right to deny any prospective sponsor admittance into our program for any reason.
- Content provided for you in the partners area is the only content you will be allowed to use. Purchasing contnet for use in promoting our websites or program is not allowed. If you did not get the content from the approved members area then it is not for your use as an affilite and will be considered in a breach of this aggrement and could result in termination of your account.
Do not download free hosted picture or movie galleries to your server they are to be linked to from your web pages only.
- All funds to be settled are paid by check in U.S. currency.
